1. Cancellation of Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are eligible for cancellation exclusively prior to dispatch.

  • Submit cancellation requests including the order number directly to support@reweave.shop.

2. Refunds for Cancellations

  • Approved pre-shipment cancellations are refunded strictly via digital store credit.

  • Reversals to the original payment method or fiat refunds are not authorized.

  • Store credit is issued within 3-5 business days of cancellation approval.

3. Modifications

  • Modifications to the shipping address or product variant (e.g., transitioning between Petite, Mini, or Grand dimensions) must be requested before the fulfillment process initiates.

  • Fulfillment commencement terminates the modification window.

4. After Shipment

  • Dispatched pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Post-dispatch requests are classified as standard returns and are subject to the terms of the Return & Refund Policy.
