At Reweave, every piece is crafted to bridge the gap between heritage and modern life. We want you to carry your piece with pride. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. The Artisanal Nature (Please Read) Our products are crafted using traditional textiles, including Songket and Batik. Due to the nature of these fabrics, placement of the motifs and slight variations in the weave are unique to each bag. These are not defects but rather the signature of the artisan process. We do not accept returns based on motif placement preferences.
2. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging (including dust bags and tags).

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale / Clearance items: Any item marked as "Clearance" or sold at a discount of 30% or more is considered Final Sale.

Gift Cards.

Pre-order items (unless the item arrives defective).
4. Refunds (Store Credit Only) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved: Your refund will be processed and issued exclusively as store credit (via a digital gift card/discount code) within 3-5 business days. We do not issue cash refunds or reverse charges to original payment methods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable: The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your final store credit amount.
5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a standard item for a different color, please initiate a return for the original item (which will yield store credit) and place a new order separately using that credit. To report a defect, please email us at support@reweave.shop with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Shipping Your Return To return your product, please email us at support@reweave.shop to get the mailing address. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like PosLaju or J&T). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
