1. Processing Time

  • Ready Stock: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday).

  • Pre-Orders: For items marked as "Pre-Order," please refer to the specific estimated delivery date listed on the product page.

  • Note: During high-volume periods (like Chinese New Year or launch days), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia) We ship via trusted local partners (such as PosLaju, J&T, or NinjaVan).

  • Standard Shipping: RM8

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days for West Malaysia; 5-7 business days for East Malaysia.

3. International Shipping (Singapore & Global) We ship internationally via [DHL / FedEx / Teleport / Standard International].

  • Singapore: 3-7 business days.

  • Rest of World: 7-14 business days depending on location.

IMPORTANT - Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Reweave has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages Reweave is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to the courier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

6. Unclaimed Packages If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
